When Sincerity massacred

The self chosen vocation has come to close now.  I don’t know why and how.  The passion for teaching from childhood and with several people’s motivation and hard work I opted for teaching.  A zealous teacher with hard work a motto, words go hand in hand with deeds, and overconfidence to change the world of the boy’s and girl’s in front of me with my knowledge and way of life. But … alas… after twenty years in this field both in administration and teaching, has worn out the passion in me the zealous teacher… the sincerity at risk… the confidence at losing…. morality is a question… social commitment a challenge.  O, God! What has happened to me?

Till today I was contented with life’s decision that I chose.  But now no one wants a ‘TEACHER’.  ‘The System’ wants someone, who can adapt to any kind of situation prevailing… no moral constraints… no social commitments… no co-relation of words and deeds… no human values… no affection for teaching but attitude… no heroes in the life of children in the classrooms but a serpentine outlook… no sincerity in words or deeds… no botheration whether we handle life in reality… no concern for personality development in the child… no challenge to develop the child with a man or woman of character… no spirituality… no inner self… no psychological motivation but emotional… there is no model to be beheld for the child, society, and the nation to look upon and grow.

It’s all dead because of ‘the system’.  Anyone and anybody are given freedom and complete power to play with ‘the system’. They can turn its wheels as per their whims and fancies.  But alas! the true teacher is dead! he or she is brutally massacred! he or she has become painfully submissive because they are afraid of  ‘the system’. No words uttered for them… no sounds produced on their behalf… no one for them… they are made to stand nude in the street… the people laughing at them, making fun of them… In their pensive look around, they found the very child who just sat in front of him or her in classrooms is standing with a stone in hand to throw at him or her… There came a last prayer of Jesus on the cross, “O God! They do not know what they are doing, please forgive them”…. closed the eyes and died.

The death of the true teacher became news. The hypocritic channels and newspapers while celebrating the death of the true teacher, forgot the future of the child or his or her growth for a better happy world of tomorrow.
